The City of Durham is committed to transparency and accountability. To keep our citizens informed, this site features information on how the Fiscal Year 2009-2010 budget is being developed, how and why funding decisions are made, up-to-date data on the City’s current and projected economic forecasts, and how we plan to meet the highest priorities of our citizens.
This site also features guidelines for how, when, and where we propose your tax dollars will be spent based on the input we have received from our community meetings, our public hearings, and our City Council.
