Aquatics

Durham Parks and Recreation operates two indoor, eight-lane pools offering a number of water programs including exercise/fitness, swim lessons, swim teams, lap swim and family swim. Both pools now have portable aquatic lifts to assist patrons who may not have the ability to access the pool via vertical ladders and stair systems. We also maintain outdoor seasonal pools for individuals and families to enjoy unstructured water facilities.

Edison Johnson is currently closed for construction renovations. The recreation and aquatics center should reopen for summer 2010.

Campus Hills Pool Schedule (Jan-Feb 2010)

Due to the temporary construction closure of other nearby facilities, Campus Hills will offer extended aquatic hours through May 28.

February 15 through May 31

Outdoor Pools

Durham Parks and Recreation outdoor pools are closed for the season and will re-open in June 2010.
