Stationary Container (Dumpster) Service

The City operates a fee-based garbage dumpster service for businesses, apartments, and other customers that are not eligible for curbside garbage collection. We also offer dumpster-based cardboard and mixed paper recycling. Our rates are very competitive with the private sector. Collection days are tailored to meet your specific volume needs. Stationary Container Contract

One and Two Year Contract Options

  • One year (12-month) Contract Agreement
    • Basic service plan includes once-a-week collection service for a fee of $80.75 per month per stationary container (dumpster).
    • If new customer, or upgrading from month-to-month service, initial signup includes one month at no charge.
  • Two year (24-month) Contract Agreement - Our most popular service option!
    • Basic service plan includes once-a-week collection service for a fee of $76.50 per month per stationary container (dumpster).
    • If new customer, or upgrading from one (1) year, or month-to-month service, initial signup includes two months at no charge.

No Contract Options

  • Month-to-Month Service Agreement (NO Contract)
    • Basic service plan includes once-a-week collection services for a fee of $85 monthly per stationary container (dumpster).
  • Special Assessment Service Agreement
    • This is a volume-based rate plan and must be approved by the Stationary Container Division Manager.
    • Basic service plan includes once monthly collection service for a fee of $20.50 monthly per stationary container (dumpster) per month.

Additional Container Service Fee

  • Subscribers requesting additional dumpster pick up services will be charged $20.50 per dumpster per collection day per week.

Dumpster Rental Fee

  • Dumpster rental rate is $26.50 per dumpster, per month.
  • We offer 8 cubic yard trash and 8 cubic yard cardboard/mixed paper dumpsters only for rental.
  • Dumpster rental service is offered to our Stationary Container customers only.

Corrugated Cardboard/Mixed Paper Service

  • The City will provide one collection per week at no additional charge for our customers under contract for trash collection service.
  • Mixed paper can also be placed in the cardboard dumpster.
  • Corrugated Cardboard/Mixed Paper must be free of contaminants. Containers found to have contaminants will be assessed an additional container service fee of $20.50.
