January 2007 to June 2007 – CAD files and PDF files will be required to be submitted as the last step in the acceptance of the final as-built mylars. This will also be a period of voluntary submittal of data files. The purpose of voluntary submittal is to provide an opportunity for the submitters to work with City personnel to become familiar with the data format and digital submission process.
July 2007 – CAD files, PDF files, and data files will be required to be submitted as the last step in the acceptance of the final as-built mylars.
