• The Fayetteville Street-University Land Use Update is a project undertaken by the Durham City-County Planning Department to examine current land use policy along the Fayetteville Street Corridor, particularly in the Fayetteville Street Historic District.
• The purpose of this community open house is to hear from residents and business owners on the draft zoning and land use regulations, which are based on input received from a public workshop held in November 2009.
