The City of Durham’s Department of Water Management, in conjunction with Rain Water Solutions, Inc., is offering rain barrels at wholesale to Durham Water customers. Rain barrels are just $73 plus tax.
Rain barrels sold through the City of Durham are available only to Durham water customers.
Note: barrels will need to be picked up between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please contact Water Management to schedule a pickup appointment 24 hours after placing your order by calling 919-560-4381, ext. *35248.

To purchase a rain barrel, please follow the following steps:
- Place your order online (Durham Water Customers only).
- Wait one business day to ensure your order has been processed by Rain Water Solutions and received by Water Management.
- Schedule an appointment to pick up your barrel online OR Call 919-560-4381, ext. *35248 to schedule a time to pick up your barrel. Pick up times are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
