To report a water main break, please call Water and Sewer Maintenance at 919-560-4344.

Please note: normal operating hours for Water and Sewer Maintenance are from 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday - Friday.

After-hours, weekend, or holiday calls go through an answering service. Staff there will take a report and send one of our on-call crews.
