This is a Request for Proposals for a Federally Funded sidewalk construction project. The purpose of this project is to fill in the gaps of sidewalks and to create a safer route for pedestrians. Please see the plans for more details.
Disadvantaged Business Enterprises
The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for this project is 1%. Subcontractors must be certified by NCDOT as a DBE in order for their participation to count towards the goal.
