Project Description

This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms (Engineers) to design services for a slope stabilization project at 616 Swift Avenue in the City of Durham. The selected consultant will be asked to perform the following activities for the project:

Design a slope stabilization solution – The engineer shall collect necessary information and design a practical solution for stabilization and landscaping of the slope in the public right-of-way at 616 Swift Avenue, Durham, NC 27701. This work will include any required survey work needed for the design.

Other Services – The engineer shall acquire any permits and provide additional services related to the project as needed on an hourly basis.

• Submittals Due:  Friday, November 16, 2018 - 4 p.m.
• Anticipated Notice to Proceed:  February 2019

Project Status

Submittals were due at 4 p.m. on Friday, November 16, 2018. One Submittal was received. Submittals listed posted. The contract was awarded to Summit Design and Engineering Services. Contract execution process underway.
