Who is It for

Vendor Self Service (VSS) gives existing and potential vendors access to their personal information and records online. You will have the ability to add or update contact information, view check, purchase order and invoice history, provide or update banking information, add commodities, etc.

What Do I Need TO REGISTER

To become a vendor with the City of Durham, complete the Vendor Application through VSS and attach a completed and signed W-9 form.  Make sure to specify your preferred payment method (EFT or e-Payables) and indicate on the application corporate or highly under-utilized business [HUB] information.  EFT banking information is submitted through the Vendor Registration portal.
