STRONGER TOGETHER: Community Conversations with Mayor O’Neal

Schedule an appointment with Mayor O’Neal during office hours to introduce yourself or your organization, ask a question, or share your ideas or your concerns.  

Please note that depending on the nature of your concern, you may be redirected to our City Manager's office or another department or entity.  

If your matter is personnel related, your request will not be granted and you will need to contact the City's Human Resources Department at 919-560-4214.

If your matter involves active litigation, your request will not be granted and you will need to contact the City Attorney's Office at 919-560-4158.

30-minute slots are available on a first come, first serve basis. Additional times for the year may be added at a later date. In order to accommodate as many residents as possible, only one visit per year will be granted.

Paid Parking

Paid on-street and garage parking is in effect from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. Parking Rate is $2.50 per hour. Mobile payment is available in all paid parking areas. Download the Passport parking app and set up an account for fast and convenient parking payment.
