A bid opening was held at Durham City Hall on the December 20, 2022. Two (2) bids were received, opened and read aloud. The apparent low bidder was Roadworks Construction Company. A bid tabulation has been posted to this page. The contract has been awarded and a Notice to Proceed it expected in May 2023.

This City advertised for construction bids beginning October 21, 2022 for seven (7) stormwater infrastructure repair projects.  The contract number is SD-2022-02.  A pre-bid conference was held on November 15, 2022 and the minutes are posted.  The pre-bid conference was not mandatory but attendance was encouraged.  A bid opening was scheduled December 6 and then extended to December 20, 2022, in Durham City Hall, Conference Room 3B.  Bids were opened and read aloud. Project Description

The project involves the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for the complete installation of repairs, rehabilitation, and improvements of stormwater drainage systems at various site locations throughout the City of Durham.
