Call Taker

The Call Taker is the entry position into our Operations Division. The Call Taker is responsible for answering emergency and non-emergency calls. They ask questions to interpret, analyze and anticipate the caller's situation so as to resolve problems and provide life-saving information. Once it is deemed an emergency, Police, Fire, or EMS can be dispatched. 

Communications Officer

The Communications Officer is responsible for call-taking duties and dispatching emergency units to specific locations as necessary.
