This project will extend the American Tobacco Trail from its current end point on NC-54 at Fayetteville Street to the Chatham County line. The length of trail to be constructed by this project is approximately 4.2 miles and includes a pedestrian bridge over I-40.

2010 Sidewalk Construction & Repairs (SW-25)
The 2010 sidewalk construction and repairs project involved furnishing of all materials. Installation of sidewalk and curb cut ramps at 6 locations throughout the City of Durham.

2013 Garrett Road Sidewalk Construction (SW-33)
The work described under this contract includes, but may not be limited to, sidewalk, driveway and apron removal, sidewalk, driveway and apron installation, cut ramp installation, tree removal, curb and gutter removal and installation, roadway milling, roadway paving, drainage structure installation, utility adjustments and incidentals required to complete the work.
