On November 2, 2010, Durham voters approved the $20 million bond referendum for continued repaving of Durham streets.

The project involves the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for the complete installation of 12 speed humps at various site locations throughout the City of Durham.

2012 Pavement Condition Survey (ST-263)
The project consists of a field survey of the pavement condition on all of the city streets following the ASTM Standard D6433-11 “Standard Practice for Road and Parking Lots Pavement Condition Index (PCI) Surveys,” and associated tasks as described in the “Request for Qualifications” document.

2017 Speed Hump Construction (ST-284)
This project involves the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for the complete installation of 12 speed humps and removal of five existing speed humps at various locations throughout Durham. The removal of speed humps includes but is not limited to required milling and patching, shoulder reconstruction and resurfacing of the street.
