Public hearings will be held to discuss the following: Certificates of Appropriateness - 905 West Main Street (COA2000093), 1017 West Trinity Avenue (COA2000094), 2015 West Club Boulevard (COA2000095), and 1208 Virginia Avenue (COA2000096).
The Durham Historic Preservation Commission will hold virtual public hearings on February 2, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. to consider the following:

Certificates of Appropriateness
  • 905 West Main Street (COA2000093) is a request for installation of wall-mounted and ground-mounted signs throughout the complex.
  • 1017 West Trinity Avenue (COA2000094) is a request for a rear addition on primary structure and expansion of accessory structure.
  • 2015 West Club Boulevard (COA2000095) is a request for new construction of accessory structure.
  • 1208 Virginia Avenue (COA2000096) is a request for Rear addition on primary structure.
