Public Hearing Notice: Durham City-County Planning Commission - Feb. 9, 2021 at 5:30 p.m.

Public hearings will be held to discuss the following: Zoning Map Changes - Chandler Run (Z2000010), Selby Avenue Homes (Z2000018), 2301 South Miami Boulevard (Z2000020), and Harriet’s Place (Z2000021).
The Durham City-County Planning Commission will hold virtual public hearings on February 9, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. to hear the following:
Zoning Map Change
- Chandler Run (Z2000010) is a request to change the zoning generally located at Chandler Road and Clayton Road (Arborstone & Greenway Subdivisions) from Residential Suburban-8 (RS-8), Residential Suburban-10 (RS-10), Planned Development Residential 8.500 (PDR 8.500) to Planned Development Residential 3.118 (PDR 3.118).
- Selby Avenue Homes (Z2000018) is a request to change the zoning located at 1518 Riddle Road from Residential Suburban-20 (RS-20), Residential Urban-5 (RU-5) to Residential Urban-5 with a development plan (RU-5(D)), a proposed change of the Future Land Use Map designation from Low Density Residential (4 DU/Acre or less) to Low-Medium Density Residential (4-8 DU/Acre), and a proposed change of the development tier boundary from the Suburban Tier to the Urban Tier.
- 2301 South Miami Boulevard (Z2000020) is a request to change the zoning located at 2301 South Miami Boulevard from Commercial Neighborhood (CN) to Commercial General (CG).
- Harriet’s Place (Z2000021) is a request to change the zoning located at 312 East Umstead Street and 1206 Dawkins Street from Residential Urban-5(2) (RU-5(2)) to Residential Urban Multifamily with a development plan (RU-M(D)).
