Public hearings will be held to discuss the following: Zoning Map Change - 405 TW Alexander (Z2000015), Courtyards at Doc Nichols (Z2000030).
The Durham City-County Planning Commission will hold virtual public hearings on May 11, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. to hear the following:

Zoning Map Change
  • 405 TW Alexander (Z2000015) is a request to change the zoning located at 405 S. TW Alexander Drive from Office and Institutional - 2 with a Development Plan (OI-2(D)) to Planned Development Residential 19.745 (PDR 19.745) and a proposed change of the Future Land Use Map designation from Office to Medium-High Density Residential
  • Courtyards at Doc Nichols (Z2000030) is a request to change the zoning located at SW Quadrant at intersection of Kinard Road and Doc Nichols Road from Residential-Rural (RR) to Planned Development Residential 1.796 (PDR 1.796).
