The Durham Historic Preservation Commission will hold virtual public hearings on June 1, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. to consider the following:

Certificates of Appropriateness

• COA2100014 (162 W Ramseur St.) (continued from May 4, 2021) is a request for new construction on a vacant lot.
• COA2100024 (212-218 Dillard St.) is a request for New construction of multifamily structures with parking and other site work on two vacant lots.
• COA2100027 (1213 Alabama Ave.) is a request for Construction of a new primary structure and associated site work on a vacant lot.
• COA2100036 (2326 Englewood Avenue.) is a request for demolition of a primary structure.
