The Durham City-County Planning Commission will hold virtual public hearings on June 8, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. to hear the following:

Zoning Map Change

• Griffin Place (Z1900027) is a request to change the zoning located at 2308 East Geer Street, 2315 Ferrell Road, 2402 Carpenter Road from Rural Residential (RR), Residential Suburban-20 (RS-20), Industrial Light (IL) to Planned Development Residential 5.578 (PDR 5.578) with a proposed change to the Future Land Use Map from Office, Low Density Residential, Industrial, Recreation and Open Space to Low-Medium Density Residential, Recreation and Open Space. 
• Old Bahama Fire Station (Z2000046) is a request to change the zoning located at 1426 Bahama Road from Commercial Neighborhood (CN) and Residential Suburban-20 (RS-20) to Commercial Neighborhood with a text-only development plan (CN(D)).
