"Ask the Preservation Planner" Virtual Information Session

Information Sessions will be held via Zoom on June 10, 2021 at 11:00am and 7:00pm. All owners of properties within a local historic district or of local landmarks are invited, along with real estate and development professionals who work with historic properties. Planning staff will cover recent changes to the Certificate of Appropriateness process, including virtual submittals and hearings, and the revised Historic Properties Local Review Criteria.
