The Durham City Council will hold virtual public hearings on September 7, 2021, at 7 p.m. to hear the following requests:

Annexation 

• 1051 Olive Branch Road (BDG2000016) is a request for a voluntary contiguous annexation of one parcel of land totaling 79.478 acres located at 1051 Olive Branch Road. 

Zoning Map Change 

• 1051 Olive Branch Road (Z2000028) is a request to change the zoning located at 1051 Olive Branch Road from Rural Residential (RR) to Planned Development Residential 3.700 (PDR 3.700) and a proposed change of the Future Land Use Map designation from Very Low Density Residential, Recreation and Open Space to Low Density Residential, Recreation and Open Space.
