The Durham Historic Preservation Commission will hold virtual public hearings on September 7, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. to consider the following: 

Certificates of Appropriateness

• COA2100049 (2040 Englewood Avenue) is a request for replacement of original invisible gutter system with new K-style system; dismantling and reconstruction of front porch gable; replacement of historic metal roof with modern metal. 
• COA2100051 (215 Morris Street) is a request conversion of (garage) accessory structure into vestibule for adjacent new construction. 
• COA2100052 (615 Morehead Avenue) is a request for construction of new rear addition and screened porch (800 square feet combined) and associated site work. 
• COA2100053 (619 Morehead Avenue) is a request for new construction of a primary structure with associated site work. 
• COA2100060 (2326 Englewood Avenue) is a request for Amendment to COA2100036, demolition of primary structure. 
• COA2100061 (2326 Englewood Avenue) is a request for New construction of accessory structure containing design and materials of primary structure to be demolished.
