Public hearings will be held to discuss the following: Annexation - Courtyards at Doc Nichols (BDG2000018); Zoning Map Change - Courtyards at Doc Nichols (Z2000030).

The Durham City Council will hold virtual public hearings on October 4, 2021, at 7 p.m. to hear the following requests:

Annexation

  • Courtyards at Doc Nichols (BDG2000018) is a request for a voluntary contiguous annexation of three parcels totaling 74.79 acres located at SW Quadrant at intersection of Kinard Road and Doc Nichols Road.

Zoning Map Change

  • Courtyards at Doc Nichols (Z2000030) is a request to change the zoning from Residential Rural (RR) to Planned Development Residential 1.796 (PDR 1.796) located at SW Quadrant at intersection of Kinard Road and Doc Nichols Road.
