The Durham City-County Planning Commission will hold virtual public hearings to hear the following:

Zoning Map Change

• 518 Martin Luther King Jr. (Z2000017) is a request to change the zoning from Commercial General with a Development Plan (CG(D)) to Residential Suburban-Multifamily with a Development Plan (RS-M(D)) and a proposed change of the Future Land Use Map designation from Commercial to Medium-High Density Residential located at 518 Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway.
• 2211 Page Road (Z2100003) is a request to change the zoning from Residential Rural (RR) to Office and Institutional with a Development Plan (OI(D)) located at 2211 Page Road. 
• NC55 & Hopson (Z2100009) is a request to change the zoning from Residential Rural (RR) and Commercial Neighborhood (CN) to Industrial Light (IL) and a proposed change of the Future Land Use Map designation from Low Density Residential, Recreation/Open Space, Commercial, Research/Research Application to Industrial located at 6622, 6552, 6572 Alston Avenue, and 6501 NC55.
