Public hearings will be held to discuss the following Certificates of Appropriateness: 1300 Broad St (COA2300013), 807 Yancey Street (COA2300021), 805 Yancey Street (COA2300022), 803 Yancey Street (COA2300023), 801 Onslow Street (COA2300031), 605 W Main Street (COA2300032)

- 1300 Broad St (COA2300013) (Continued from April 4, 2023) is a request for new construction.
- 807 Yancey Street (COA2300021) is a request for new construction and site work.
- 805 Yancey Street (COA2300022) is a request for new construction and site work.
- 803 Yancey Street (COA2300023) is a request for new construction and site work.
- 801 Onslow Street (COA2300031) is a request for new construction of an accessory structure and site work.
- 605 W Main Street (COA2300032) is a request for signs.
