Durham police investigators are trying to locate Jeremiah Royster who is wanted on robbery and trespassing charges in connection with an October 16 incident at Walmart at 1525 Glenn School Road.
Two men entered Walmart around 7:30 p.m. on October 16 and tried to leave without paying for 10 car batteries worth a total of almost $1,000. When an employee tried to stop them, one man pointed to his waistband and said, “Don’t get shot.”
Royster, 44, is charged with one count of robbery with a dangerous weapon, one count of conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon and one count of second-degree trespassing. The second man has not been identified.
