Wanted Person – Judah Immanuel James
Durham police investigators are trying to locate Judah Immanuel James who is wanted on more than a dozen charges including felony stalking, violations of domestic violence protective orders and fleeing from law enforcement officers.
James, 29, is described as a black male, 6 feet to 6 feet 3 inches tall and approximately 160 pounds. He has brown eyes and is bald or has very short hair. He is known to frequent the areas of Nightfall Court and Eastway Avenue.
