Durham police are trying to locate two teens who have been charged with shooting an employee outside McDonald’s at 3844 South Roxboro Street on October 31. A third teen was arrested in the incident earlier today.
The 18-year-old victim was taken to the hospital for treatment and is recovering from his injuries. The shooting did not appear to be random, according to investigators.
Investigators have taken out charges against Ishmael McFarland, 16, Derran McClain, 16, and Isaiah Hargro (AKA Isaiah Hargro-Barnett), 16, all of Durham. Investigators have charged all three with attempted first-degree murder, felony conspiracy, possession of a handgun by a minor, malicious assault in secret, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and discharging a firearm within the city limits. McFarland was arrested this afternoon. McClain and Hargro are not in custody at this time.
