Durham police investigators are trying to identify two women suspected of being involved in an armed robbery on October 7.
A male victim arranged to meet the women to sell an iPhone in a parking lot at Walgreens at 6405 Fayetteville Road around 7 p.m. on October 7. The women arrived in a dark-colored car and one woman got out of the back seat and approached the male victim. The woman sprayed the victim with mace and attempted to take the phone from him, according to investigators. The woman then went through the victim’s pockets and took his car keys and cash
The victim was treated at the scene for his injuries to his eyes.
