Durham police investigators are asking for information about a robbery at Truist Bank at 200 North Mangum Street on Friday afternoon.
Officers responded to an alarm at the bank at 4:20 p.m. When they arrived, they were told that a man entered the bank and handed a teller a note demanding money. The man said he had a gun, but no weapon was seen.
The suspect was described as a heavyset white or Hispanic male who was approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall.
