Durham Police Investigate Two-Vehicle Crash on Lynn Road
Durham police are investigating a two-vehicle crash that left one woman critically injured late Thursday on Lynn Road near Gibson Road.
The crash happened around 10:50 p.m. when a westbound 2005 Infiniti driven by Alicia Robinson, 47, of Philadelphia, Pa., crossed the double yellow center line and crashed into an eastbound 2002 Nissan Altima driven by Jasmine White, 29, of Durham.
Robinson was taken to the hospital for treatment of critical injuries. White and a passenger in her vehicle, Deonte Alston, 28, of Durham, were taken to the hospital for treatment of serious injuries that do not appear to be life-threatening.
Investigators charged Robinson with driving while impaired, failure to maintain lane and no insurance.
