The City of Durham, Community Development Department is soliciting a total of four Request for Proposals for services that support the implementation of the City of Durham Lead and Healthy Homes Program.  Services included in the Request for Proposals (RFP) are:  Application Intake and Eligibility Screening, Marketing and Outreach, Training Services, and Temporary Relocation Services.  Funding for the Request for Proposals is provided by a $3,258,478 Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes Grant received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the City of Durham General Funds. On Monday, June 29, 2020, the Community Development Department released the Lead and Healthy Homes Program Request for Proposals via the City of Durham, Community Development Department website.  All projects and funding amounts for this opportunity are subject to a competitive award process.  Proposals must be received electronically by 3 PM on Friday, July 31, 2020.  Proposals received after the deadline date and time will be deemed ineligible.  

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, workshops were held virtually.  Advance registration was required to attend the workshops, and interested parties were strongly encouraged to attend one or more of the virtual pre-proposal workshops. Below, you will find the PowerPoint presentations for each of the workshops.

1.  Application Intake and Eligibility Screening Services Presentation, Wednesday, July 8, 2020, at 10 AM. (Participants registered no later than 4 PM on Tuesday, July 7, 2020). Questions regarding this RFP were submitted in writing, here, by July 15, 2020.
