REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) LEAD and HEALTHY HOMES PROGRAM

Pre-Proposal Workshops: Wednesday, September 23, 2020 

Proposals Due: Friday, October 23, 2020 at 3 PM 

The City of Durham, Community Development Department is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) for services that support the implementation of the City of Durham Lead and Healthy Homes Program. Services included in the RFP’s are: Application Intake and Eligibility Screening Services and Temporary Relocation Services. Funding for the RFPs is provided by a $3,258,470 Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes Grant received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the City of Durham General Funds.

On Friday, September 11, 2020, the City of Durham, Community Development Department will re-release the Lead and Healthy Homes Program Request for Proposals. All projects and funding amounts for this opportunity are subject to a competitive award process. Proposals must be received electronically by 3 PM on Friday, October 23, 2020. Proposals received after the deadline date and time will be deemed ineligible.

Interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend one or more of the following Pre-Proposal Workshops to receive additional information:

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, workshops will be held virtually. Advanced registration is required. To register to attend the workshops please register by 4 PM on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at the following links:
