The City of Durham, Community Development Department (CDD) is soliciting qualifications for consulting services to monitor and support the participation of historically underutilized Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBEs) and to encourage local hiring on City-funded affordable housing projects.
On Monday, December 21, 2020, the CDD released the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). All awards for this opportunity are subject to a competitive selection process. Qualifications must be submitted by Friday, January 15, 2021 at 4 PM. Proposals received after the deadline date and time will not be accepted and deemed ineligible.
Interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend a Pre-Qualifications Submittal Workshop on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at 1 PM. Due to the current COVID-10 pandemic, the workshop will be held virtually.
