[ARCHIVED] Lead and Healthy Homes Remediation Services - Invitation to Bidders

The City of Durham, Community Development Department (CDD) is soliciting Bids for Lead and Healthy Homes Remediation Services from organizations or firms to provide Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certified Lead Remediation Services for the City of Durham Lead and Healthy Homes Program. 

On Monday, March 29, 2021, the Community Development Department will release the Invitation to Bid.  All awards for this opportunity are subject to a competitive selection process.  The City anticipates selecting multiple qualified vendors - based on the competitiveness of proposals.  Sealed proposals, including the bid worksheet and work specifications, must be submitted by Friday, April 30, 2021, at 12:00 PM. Proposals received after the deadline date and time will not be accepted and deemed ineligible.   

A Virtual Bid Opening will be held via Zoom Platform on Tuesday, May 4, 2021, at 10:00 AM.   Bidders must register no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, April 30, 2021, to virtually attend the Bid Opening via the following link: https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_iiMP5zadTcKOMOaZ_lAapQ.

Interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend a Virtual Pre-Bid Workshop on Monday, April 12, 2021, at 10:00 AM.  Due to the current COVID-10 pandemic, the workshop will be held virtually.  To attend the workshop, all organizations must register no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, April 9, 2021.  To register for the workshop, please use the following link:  https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_VLfOgXQFSHSQ_iEnRxrHig
