As a Durham resident, this is a unique opportunity to leverage your time and talent to serve your neighbors. You are able to advocate for change in areas of the community where you see the greatest need, and work alongside others who love this city.

What do you enjoy most about serving on your particular board? 

I have really enjoy the detailed and insightful audit presentations performed by Dr. Brewington and the Audit Services Department. We take these audits and are then able to make informed suggestions to various departments to positively affect change in Durham.”  

What is your favorite part about living in Durham? 

The best thing about Durham is the people. Getting to live and work alongside diverse, caring, and generous people while always being in close proximity to delicious food is hard to beat!
