[ARCHIVED] City and County Fire Marshals Lift Burn Ban

The N.C. Department of Agriculture Forest Service has lifted a ban on open burning as of Monday, December 13 at noon. Following the state's order, the local ban on burning within 100 feet of all occupied dwellings has been lifted effective immediately.
