  • There are a couple of upcoming community art opportunities you’ll want to be aware of at DPAC and The Carolina Theatre.·       
  •  The deadline to register for the Durham Police Department’s Summer Camps is just around the corner. The free week-long camps for youth ages 9-13 can help you add structured activities to your child’s summer.
  • Do you want to have input on some of the crisis response strategies we will soon be implementing? If so, you’re invited to an upcoming virtual town hall.
  • The Durham Police Department is aiming to go above and beyond when it comes to improving the representation of women among its sworn ranks.
  • The Durham Safe Routes to School Program is continuing to allow us to educate children about safely walking and biking throughout our community.
  • The 2019 Trail Implementation Program is moving forward. Find out how the trail feasibility study is helping to evaluate which trail corridors should be considered for public engagement, funding requests, and construction in the next funding cycle.
