[ARCHIVED] Request for Continuum of Care (CoC) Project Applications

 2022 CoC Homeless Grants Competition

CoC Application Workshop:  August 10, 2022 at 3:00 P.M.
Applications Due:  August 31, 2022 at 11:59 P.M.

On Monday, August 1, 2022, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 Continuum of Care Competition. The Durham Continuum of Care (CoC) is eligible to apply for approximately $2,000,000 in this competition. 

Only organizations that satisfactorily completed a pre-application in May 2022 and have been previously approved for participation in this competition are eligible to submit full Project Applications for this CoC Competition.  HUD has indicated that the Project Application should be available in e-snaps, HUD’s CoC application portal, within the next two weeks. 

Full Project Applications, including a draft of the application from e-snaps, must be submitted to the Durham Continuum of Care by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, August 31, 2022,  via ZoomGrants™, the department’s online application management system, at the following link:  Durham’s CoC Collaborative Application, which is the Priority Listing of the projects recommended for funding, and all Project Applications are due to HUD via e-snaps by 8:00 p.m. on Friday, September 30, 2022. 

The Community Development Department will host a virtual meeting via Zoom Platform on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. to review the Project Application Process, the timeline for the local CoC competition, and how  ZoomGrants™ will be used to accept Applications for this competition and for Applications for the Supplemental NOFO to Address Unsheltered Homelessness.  Interested parties are invited to participate in this virtual meeting.  However, registration is REQUIRED by registering at the following link:
