Affordable Housing Loan Portfolio 
Pre-Submittal Meeting:  March 15, 2023, 2:00 P.M.
Proposals Due:  March 30, 2023, at 3:00 P.M.

The City of Durham is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified persons, firms or organizations for Loan Portfolio Servicing of the Affordable Housing Loan Portfolio managed by the City of Durham, Community Development Department (CDD). The City of Durham loan portfolio supports affordable housing activities through Developer and Residential loans funded by Community Development Block Grant Funds (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Funds (HOME), Affordable Housing General Obligation Bond Revenue Funds (BOND), and General Funds.

On Wednesday, March 1, 2023, the City of Durham will release the Request for Proposals (RFP) for all interested parties. All Proposals must be mailed and received by the deadline date and time of March 30, 2023, at 3:00 P.M. Fax, email, or oral submissions of Proposals will not be accepted. Proposals received after the deadline date and time will be deemed ineligible.

Interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend a virtual Pre-Submittal Meeting on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. To virtually attend the Pre-Submittal Meeting, organizations must register in advance no later than 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 to attend via the following link:
