Where:  City Hall Council Chambers, 101 City Hall Plaza, Durham, N.C. 27701

Fast Facts:

  • Mayor Elaine O’Neal will deliver her second State of the City Address, which recounts the City’s achievements and challenges throughout the previous year and outlines the mayor’s goals for the coming year. 
  • Residents, business owners, and local news media are encouraged to attend virtually or in person. The address will be immediately followed by the regularly scheduled City Council business meeting.
  • The address will be livestreamed on the City’s website; on the City's YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter channels; and on Roku, Apple TV, and Amazon Fire TV through the free Boxcast app. 
  • The address will also be televised live on Durham Television Network (Spectrum channel 8, Frontier channel 70, and AT&T U-verse channel 99). 
  • News media will be provided access to a mult-box during the presentation. Wireless microphones are recommended to help avoid trip hazards.
