The City of Durham Human Relations Division of the Neighborhood Improvement Services Department is hosting the 14th Annual Women’s forum again this year. The 2016 Women’s Forum panel will consist of four women who will share their personal success stories to inspire and motivate women and youth in the community.
Forum panelists are asked to talk about the career path that led to their current field of work; types of obstacles that stood in their way that they had to overcome; a significant event in their life, etc.
After the four presentations, attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions from the panelists at tables that will be set up in the lobby. We feel that this interactive session will be more beneficial for the youth and all participants.
