Safer-at-Home Order in Effect - Planning and Development Services (DSC) Continue Most Operations OnlineThe Development Services Center (DSC) lobby has been closed to walk-in customers due to COVID-19, and customer service, development review, and inspections services have continued remotely. After further assessing the safety and demand for in-person services in light of alternative telephone, email, and web-based services available, the DSC lobby will remain closed until further notice.
If a service cannot be provided remotely, an in-person option may be arranged in advance with strict adherence to social distancing standards and use of a face covering. We are now in the process to adopt these goals and objectives. Board of Adjustment Notice Fee Changes Board of Adjustment cases submitted after June 1, 2021, will not be advertised in the newspaper as a result of recent UDO text amendments. Therefore, notice fees for all BOA cases (variances, special use permits, reasonable accommodation, etc.) will drop by $230.00. Most will be $153.00 for June 2021, although additional changes are proposed starting on July 1, 2021.
