DOC NICHOLS ROAD ANNEXATION AND REZONING – February 22, 2022
Edens Land (presented by Jarrod Edens) is conducting a virtual neighborhood meeting on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the potential annexation and rezoning of approximately 4.62 acres of property located at 1301 Doc Nichols Road and having Durham County Parcel ID Number 193358. The property is currently zoned Residential Rural (RR). The applicant intends to pursue Planned Development Residential (PDR) zoning to accommodate a townhome development.

Edens Land (presented by Jarrod Edens) is conducting a virtual neighborhood meeting on Thursday, February 24, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the potential annexation of approximately 20.79 acres of property located at 3502 Brightwood Lane and having Durham County Parcel ID Number 169878. The property is zoned Residential Rural (RR). The applicant intends to develop a Conservation Subdivision within the city limits.
