Durham Board of Adjustment

The Durham City/County Board of Adjustment (BOA) is scheduled to hear four (4) appeals related to the proposed Black Meadow Ridge/Westpoint development, located at 4903, 5001, 5007, and 5011 N. Roxboro Street, 4306 Victory Boulevard, and 2801 Maple Ridge Road, at its regularly-scheduled meeting on May 24, 2022.

At this time, it is anticipated that the parties in the appeal cases will attend this meeting to jointly request a continuance of the appeal hearings to a special meeting scheduled for June 21, 2022. If this continuance is granted, the appeal hearings will not be conducted at the May 24, 2022 meeting. 

Persons requiring language assistance to effectively participate in this event may contact the City-County Planning Department at (919) 560-4137 to request interpretation and/or translation services as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the event or deadline date.
