Durham’s New Comprehensive Plan UpdateDurham is working on a new Comprehensive Plan, a long-range vision for our community! The Comprehensive Plan decides what can be built where in Durham. Tell us what you think of the draft policies for the new Comprehensive Plan now through June 30! We want to hear from you! Engagement on the policy recommendations that will be part of the new Comprehensive Plan has begun. To make the Community Goals and Objectives of the Comprehensive Plan a reality in Durham, we have drafted policy recommendations on how to achieve them. These policies have been drafted by teams of staff and community members, including youth, over the last several months. Your input will inform changes to these policies before the drafts are finalized later this year.
