Expand the undergrounding of power lines in the downtown area. Specifically, Main St and Chapel Hill streets to beautify the main thruways of the city. Pettigrew at Blackwell St is also an area to improve aesthetically, as that is often the face of the city to many of the visitors attending show at DPAC.

Expand the undergrounding of power lines in the downtown area. Specifically, Main St and Chapel Hill streets to beautify the main thruways of the city. Pettigrew at Blackwell St is also an area to improve aesthetically, as that is often the face of the city to many of the visitors attending show at DPAC.
