Fire Education Event/Safety Request

The City of Durham Fire Department reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any organized or sponsored event, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. The City of Durham may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by The City of Durham/Durham Fire Department including, but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Next Door. Also included are brochures, newspapers, magazines, presentations and websites.

    Please select the type of event from the list below. Requests should be placed at least 3 weeks before the event.

  4. If your event doesn't have a specific name (like "Family Fun Day" or "East School Career Day") please enter the type of event that you selected above.
