Public Hearing Notice: Durham City-County Planning Commission - March 25, 2021 at 5:30 p.m.

Public hearings will be held to discuss the following: Plan Amendment - Camden Avenue Tier Change (A2000016); Zoning Map Changes - Ellis Road Commercial (Z2000008), Courtyards at Southpoint II (Z2000014).
The Durham City-County Planning Commission will hold virtual public hearings on March 25, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. to hear the following:
Zoning Map Changes
- Camden Avenue Tier Change (A2000016) is a request to change several parcels in the Urban Development Tier to the Suburban Development Tier located at 1512, 1516, 1518, 1520, 1524, 1526, 1618, 1716, & 1732 Camden Avenue and 1601 & 1623 Midland Terrace.
- Ellis Road Commercial (Z2000008) is a request to change the zoning located at 2109 and 2231 Ellis Road, 1515 and 1609 Wrenn Road, and 2050 Watchorn Street from Commercial General with a development plan (CG(D)) to Planned Development Residential 18.000 (PDR 18.000), Commercial General with a development plan (CG(D)), and Commercial Center with a development plan (CC(D)) and a proposed change of the Future Land Use Map designation from Commercial to Commercial and Medium-High Density Residential.
- Courtyards at Southpoint II (Z2000014) is a request to change the zoning located at 7852 Herndon Road and 1404 Fenwick Parkway from Residential Rural (RR) to Planned Development Residential 1.682 (PDR 1.682).
